Tools manufacture

In order to provide continuous customer service and maintain production quality, we built a tool room in 2013.

The tool room is closely connected to the press and assembly department. This is particularly suitable when developing tools for the production of new goods. We are able to deal with individual customer requirements.

Different types of grinding machines are used in the tool room, such as the flat grinder ESG-1640, where the maximum material thickness is 250 mm and the maximum material dimension is 400 x 1 000 mm, the circular grinder Palmary GU 42 x 100NC, where the maximum material diameter is 200 mm and the maximum material length is 1 000 mm.

We also have machines such as the EDM CUT 30P wire cutting machine, where the maximum material thickness is 230 mm and the maximum material dimension is 400 x 800 mm, the EDM DRILL 20 hole drilling machine, where the maximum material thickness is 230 mm and the maximum material dimension is 400 x 800 mm, and the VMC1160 CNC machining centre, where the maximum material thickness is 250 mm and the maximum material dimension is 500 x 1 000 mm.
